Accurate weigh-counting of small parts with automatic discharge bucket
The Optiweigh Counter is a sorting table with automatic discharge bucket below for accurately weighing and counting small parts to be packed by Speedpack. Products can be shifted into the bucket and will be accurately counted by the integrated weighing scale. This weighing system consists of an integrated load cell featured by an operation panel for storing different products characteristics (i.e. weight per product and target value per bag).
Combined with Speedpack Hybrid this Table Optiweigh counter offers an efficient and easy solution for packaging small parts in bags being made at desired length from tube film or in pre-opened bags-on-a-roll.
